On the private sales side, her cross-continental presence allows her to secure rare allocations and manage high-value acquisitions, helping private collectors build liquid portfolios that double as works of art.

When not orchestrating events for her company, Praxis 118, , Katie traverses the globe as a renowned food photographer, working with Michelin Star restaurants, which allows her to gather innovative ideas for culinary presentations. This pursuit not only fuels her creativity but also enhances her understanding of global cuisine trends. Additionally, Katie holds a Level 2 WSET award in Wine and is actively pursuing Level 3, with additional professional certificates in French and Italian Wines.

Pablo Braida is a history-making wine professional and the first Argentinian citizen to earn the prestigious title of Master Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers Americas. Born in Córdoba, Argentina, Pablo originally pursued a degree in accounting before discovering his passion for hospitality. In 2004, he relocated to Europe to formalize his wine education, completing rigorous training at the Higher School of Hospitality in Barcelona, Spain.
Pablo’s international career spans premier wine destinations across Europe and the United States. He honed his expertise in Napa Valley at acclaimed venues like Ram’s Gate Winery and Compline Wine Shop, before moving to Dallas, Texas, to lead top-tier wine programs, including the renowned Monarch restaurant. Today, Pablo leverages his decades of global hospitality experience to provide bespoke consulting services, curate world-class wine programs, and mentor the next generation of wine professionals.
